2024/2025 Confirmation Program Information

Welcome to the Confirmation Program for the Catholic Parishes of Adams & Cheshire! The program includes the 9th grade students from St. John Paul II Parish in Adams and St. Mary of the Assumption Parish in Cheshire.

If you would like your child(ren) to participate in this year's Confirmation program, please fill out the following form. The fee for the class is $30/one student and $55/two children. If you have students registered in grades K-8, you may pay for your registration along with the others. *To note, there will be an additional $20 Confirmation fee for sacramental expenses which will be assessed separately later in the year.
