2025/2026 First Communion Program Information

Welcome to the Confirmation Program for the Catholic Parishes of Adams & Cheshire! The program includes the 2nd grade students from St. John Paul II Parish in Adams and St. Mary of the Assumption Parish in Cheshire.

If you would like your child(ren) to participate in this year's First Communion program, please fill out the following form. The fee for the program is $50/student. Some of the information requested on the form appears repetitive, but is necessary for our Sacramental Record keeping.
